This October, Lakes Live returns to The Royalty Theatre in Bowness for its third instalment, bringing a full night of live music and DJs to the heart of the Lake District.
With a 250 capacity venue, Lakes Live is built around creating proper nights out. Great artists, a packed room, different sounds and that feeling you get when everyone in the room is there for the same reason. The aim is to keep bringing exciting, regular live music to the Lakes and give local and emerging artists a stage to be heard.
For October, the lineup takes you through a proper journey of sounds, with an atmosphere that feels made for an autumn night in Bowness. 🍂🌙
🎧 OPENING DJ

🌿 GEORGE
Atmospheric acoustic music blending folk with classic acoustic songwriting. Beautiful original material alongside traditional folk chants, setting the tone for the night.
🎸 SALEHI
Alternative indie combining original music with covers from The Strokes and other indie favourites, alongside Salehi’s own original songs.
🔥 ORODE
Afrobeats and serious crowd energy. Expect big rhythms, movement and a completely different energy as the night kicks up a gear.
⚡ FOUR BODY PROBLEM
Alternative rock bringing the live music to a loud and energetic finish with a set centred around their original material.
🎧 CLOSING DJ

Every set is 45 minutes, taking the room from atmospheric acoustic and folk, through indie, into Afrobeats and finally alternative rock before the closing DJ takes us through to midnight.
